Peoples are people. Angeles are messsengers of God. Angels are pure spirits created by God to carry out his will. Additional wisdom, freedom & power are conferred upon angels by God. Archangels are selected by God to lead the rest of the angels & are sent on the most important missions or assignments. Archangels are from the 8th group (of nine levels/orders/choirs/angels) of angels and are selected by God for their strengths & abilities needed to carry out God’s will. Their are 4 archangels, 3 mentioned by name in the Bible. Saints Michael, Gabriel, & Raphael are the 3 from the Bible and Uriel becomes the 4th. The apocryhal book of Enoch lists 4 more.
