A Topulist topic must be in singular form. Ex. use “Movie” instead of “Movies.” A Topulist topic must be formatted to grammatically fit into this sentence: What (or who) is your favorite _______? Also, Topulists may be created that are subsets of or more specific than related Topulist topics. For instance the Topulist “Golf Course” and the Topulist “Golf Course In Kansas City” are different and able to coexist on this site. Topulists must be “PG-13”. Inappropriate Topulists will be taken down or cleaned up.
