What qualifications does an English-speaking volunteer need to participate?
Volunteers will help facilitate the small groups. They do not need to have any formal training. The activities and the conversation starters will be supplied by the club coordinator. Volunteers can even be people for whom English is a second language. We have found that volunteers are most effective (and committed) if they are at least a high school graduate.
