1. You need a 4 year degree in something. A science degree will help you will the next step (i.e. med school), but schools actually like people who have non-traditional degrees because it indicates they are well rounded. 2. Go to Medical School. In the US there is no set standard as far as what grades are required. Getting into medical school is a combination of 3-4 things: grades, MCAT (medical college admissions test), and your personal statement, some places also weigh in extracurricular activities.
