What qualifications do i need to run for president of the united states of america?
You need to be born in the United States and be a citizen of the United States, have lived here for 14 yrs and be over 35 years old. To be a realistic candidate, you will need the backing of a major political party (Dem or Repub) and millions of dollars. (You should have a background in politics, but apparently we threw that out the door in this election. Nice…) But practically anybody can run!
