What qualifications are required for admission to the BSc IR?
Those most commonly accepted for entry to the BSc/IR (known within the UCAS system as L-250) are as follows: The International Baccalaureate. As a minimum the Department requires the award of the Diploma with an overall total of 37 points or more, including grades of 6,6,6 at Higher Level. The Advanced Level Examination (UK). The Department looks for A-level grades of at least AAB in selected subjects, and careful consideration is given to all the supporting grades at AS and GCSE levels. A minimum grade of B is required in GCSE mathematics, and particular attention is given to achievements in English language and history papers if they are offered. The French Baccalaureate.
