What qualifications are needed for a Corporate Speech Pathologist?
A Corporate Speech Pathologist is very different in training from a communications professional. The SLP has considerable training in the anatomy, physiology, and psychology of the entire system necessary to effective communication and to the variety of issues, difficulties or disorders which impede this. A Corporate Speech Pathologist is required to have an in-field Master s Degree and, after one year of internship, to have passed an exam for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
