What qualification do licensed Professional Engineers have?
Engineers are licensed by the state in which they practice. At a minimum, they have graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university, completed four years of work under the direction of other Professional Engineers, and have successfully passed two eight hour proficiency examinations.
