What purpose code should I use if I am a participant in an internal meeting that has been exempted from the formal conference planning and approved by my Assistant and/or Regional Director?

Although an internal meeting can be exempted from the formal conference planning, the criterion is that the meeting must have at least 30 attendees and no more than 100. As a result of having at least 30 attendees, your travel voucher must be coded as a “C”.
