MLA customers have the option to purchase directly from Novell, through a Fulfillment Agent/Software Service Agent, or through a Novell Partner who purchases through a qualified Novell Distributor. Qualified Novell Distributors may participate as a Fulfillment Agent/Software Service Agent to sell to MLA customers.
