A person must hold a standard pupil services license to be eligible for principal licensure. A standard pupil services license is earned under a four year (bachelor’s) degree program at minimum. Therefore, all associate license holders are not eligible for the principal licensure program. In addition, the following three areas are also not eligible for licensure because they do not require an approved education preparation program: Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, and Orientation and Mobility Specialist.
