Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, located just Southwest from the city is the region’s primary domestic and international airport. Penn station located in the heart of the city on Charles street is the city’s major train station. It serves as a major hub for Amtrak with trains arriving frequently. • What are the times considered rush hour? As is the case in most large American cities, congested highways occur primarily during the work week, M-F, from 7:30am – 9:30am and again from 4:30pm – 6:00pm. Generally speaking, it is best to avoid major thrufares leading into the city in the morning and vice versa in the evening. • Where
