Brittany Murphy has joined Shantel VanSanten and John Robinson in “Something Wicked,” a psychological thriller from producer-turned-director Darin Scott. The story follows a teenager and his girlfriend, who is way out of his league, whose lives are thrown into chaos when her parents are killed. The pic is shooting in Oregon. Joe Colleran, who is producing, wrote the script from a story by Joseph Mungra. Jai Khanna and Scott Chambers are exec producing. Murphy is repped by Paradigm and Media Talent Group.
