A. Do NOT operate the torch at high pressures, it is not designed for it. If you have a backfire in the machine it will be permanently damaged. 8 PSI is an adequate pressure for any torch that is designed to handle the gas volume the ER1200 produces. More gas pressure DOES NOT mean higher gas production volume. NOTE: Torch pressures higher than 10 PSI MUST be run through a bubbler to prevent backfire damage. Do NOT EVER exceed 20 PSI for any reason.
