What provisions will be made when parishes and schools change Screening Coordinators?

When a change is made regarding the Screening Coordinator, the Responsible Administrator should contact the Office of Child and Youth Protection. This office will then send the administrator an Account Set-Up Request Form. The administrator should fill out the form indicating any changes (additional coordinators, change of coordinators, etc.) and fax the form to the Office of Child & Youth Protection. The Volunteer Services Coordinator will then process this request and provide the new (or additional) coordinator with an ID number which he/she will need in order to process criminal history screenings through VolunteerSelect .
