What provisions does PennyTel have for Emergency Call Services?
The scope of PennyTel’s provision of Emergency Call Services (ECS) is as follows: PennyTel will only provide ECS for Australian customers who (1) have a traditional phone number AND (2) provide us with accurate, complete contact information for emergency purposes. If you don’t have a traditional phone number, you may purchase one from us through the user portal. If you don’t have a traditional phone number, and choose not to purchase one from us, then you must acknowledge that PennyTel will not be able to provide you with ECS. In such circumstances, you will need to have alternative arrangements with another provider for access to ECS.
