What provinces in China are the children generally coming from?
The majority of the children are referred by CCAA from the Eastern and Southern parts of China, which are the most populated areas. However, we are beginning to see some children being referred by CCAA from the more remote Central areas of China. Even though these provinces are less familiar with the international adoption process, and the paper processing may not be as smooth, the time frames will not be affected.
