What protocols does ZoneAlarm Secure Wireless Router Z100G support?
802.11b – is mostly used in older adaptors and can reach 11 Mbps. 802.11g – this is the default and most popular protocol. It can reach 54 Mbps and is backward compatible with 802.11b. Super G – this is a special mode built on top of 802.11g and can reach 108 Mbps, or about 10 times the speed of 802.11g. You can configure your ZoneAlarm Secure Wireless Router Z100G appliance to recognize various combinations of these. However, to run at Super G speeds, all clients logged onto your home network have to be using Super G technology.
