Nearly every wireless location on campus will support, at a minimum, 802.11b networking. Many departments support 802.11g as well, and a few also support 802.11a (Marriott Library and Engineering, for instance). In addition, the uconnect.utah.edu network uses 802.1x/WPA.

Nearly every wireless location on campus will support, at a minimum, 802.11a/b/g/n networking. In addition, the UConnect network uses 802.1x/WPA2 Enterprise.
