What protocols can be used over the ADSL Direct DSL network?
IP is the only protocol supported. IP is the default network protocol on virtually all-modern operating systems (e.g. the entire Microsoft Windows range). The customer may use any protocols on their LAN, however only IP traffic will be transported where required across the VPN and/or Internet via ADSL Direct.
