The Listing that appears in the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) includes information on the location, size, amenities and conditions of the property, it also includes the sales price and terms that the Seller is looking for. There is also a separate field for agents to put notes that are not suitable for the public to see, for example showing instructions and lockbox location.
