We provide our consultants with staff training based on our own system of training modules. For instance, we offer a host of different in-house seminars on the Group and the energy industry. External seminars, training courses and coaching sessions are also designed to enhance each consultant’s professional development. We also allow our staff to complete higher academic qualifications such as a masters or doctorate.
