What project is the US Department of State planning to develop along with Latin America?

The areas where an emphasis must be made as part of cooperation with this hemisphere — and, importantly, he used the preposition “with” — are all-inclusive prosperity, citizen security, energy and climate change. Therefore, since President Obama returned from Canada and apprised us of the cooperation areas, we have been working on it. Also, importantly, is that he repeated what he said during his inaugural address: “we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.” Therefore, there is much emphasis on diplomacy and pursuing commitment and cooperation with each country.
