What progress has been made on the Weymouth Transport Package Bid?
It is understood that discussions are continuing with the regional office and that they have indicated positively that some of the work within the overall bid can be progressed sooner rather than later, notably in relation to projects such as Real Time Information etc, with the Civils Works i.e. highway improvements etc, having to be subject to further discussion, negotiation and appraisal. Draft bid by DCC submitted to DFT shortly.
