What programs does the Torrance Public Library offer for youth?

After-school programs sponsored by the Torrance library are free to all Torrance and non-Torrance residents. The programs may be a movie, story and craft activity, or a performer (sponsored by the Friends of the Torrance Library). Unless otherwise stated, no pre-registration is required and programs are geared toward elementary school children.
