What programs are there for burning CDs/DVDs/ISOs?
An amazing program exists for such a task. It’s called K3B. It can create custom CDs or DVDs, whether those be for data or for audio. It can also copy a CD or DVD — the Ark Linux team does not condone the illegal copying of other peoples work, though we have no problem with making a backup of the disc. It will even do a MD5CheckSum of a supported CD image file (ISO, CUE, CDRDAO TOC files, and CDRecord Clone Images) so you can check it against the real MD5Sum posted on the website you downloaded from to make sure you have a good file download; it can also compare the CheckSum to the real Sum for you if you provide that Sum. It will then be able to burn the selected image. To access this program, go to the Kmenu (Start) -> Multimedia -> K3B.
