What programs are included in the analysis software package?
There are two ways to determine the answer to this question. The first, and likely most helpful one, is to have a look at the listing of SCRC Data Capture and Analysis Manual Pages on our web site, to see what’s normally available in the current release. This will tell you not only what the comamnds are, but what they do, and will link to documentation for all of these commands. The second way is to get a definitive list of all the commands installed on your system right now. You can do this by looking in the /usr/neuro/bin directory on any system on which the software is installed, e.g.: “ls -l /usr/neuro/bin”. If the command you’re looking for isn’t listed there, chances are it’s an add-on command or script as described below.
