What program would i need to be able to cut up MP3s?
Absolutely no question about it: You need Audacity. It is simple to cut tracks using this – you just drag the mouse to select an area to cut and click delete on your keyboard. It is free and has tonnes of cool things you can do with audio. Go for version 1.2.6 – it is the stable version. The other version (1.3.6) is still being tested. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ If you would like to save the edited audio in MP3 format, you will also have to download the LAME MP3 encoder. It is also free. You basically save it to your computer and the first time you run Audacity, it will ask you to locate it. I would recommend saving somewhere like the Audacity program folder.
