The PSV file is created by Engineered Software’s PIPE-FLO Professional program. Using PIPE-FLO Professional, the user draws the piping system model, enters pipeline design data, selects pumps and control valves, and sets up a variety of operating scenarios. After completing the piping system model in PIPE-FLO Professional, the user has the option of creating the read-only PSV file.
