What products or services would qualify as “Evaluation Tools” for the General Purpose Vouchers?
Evaluation tools are defined in Section VI. CY PRES, C., 4, (6) of the Settlement Agreement: “Evaluation tool(s) to assist participating schools in monitoring their use of General Purpose Vouchers and Software Vouchers, as well as to assist the California Department of Education in gathering evaluation data on this cy pres program.” Only products or services that meet these criteria would be eligible as “Evaluation Tools” under the General Purpose Vouchers.
