Shift4 Customer Support currently supports all aspects of DOLLARS ON THE NET and UTG2, DOLLARS IN THE BANK NetEnterprise, and Verifone Tranz 380 HubTerm and Verifone Omni 395 LanTerm setups installed by Shift4 or one of its authorized partners. We also support products such as the CashHere cash advance solution, the IT’S YOUR CARD® gift card solution and the Universal Transaction Gateway (UTG2) PIN-pad debit solution. Shift4 Customer Support no longer supports DOLLARS IN THE BANK for DOS or 4Sure.
