There are however a few rules that need to be followed: Defective Product or Wrong Product Shipped: If the product you receive is broken, or is not the product you ordered A&S will accept it for an exchange as well as pay the return shipping to get the product back to us, and then get the correct or functioning product back to you. Product no longer wanted: If after 30 days of receipt of the products you buy from A&S you are not totally happy with your purchase you can send the product (in unused, like new condition) back to A&S for a full refund of the product’s purchase price or an exchange with the following exceptions: Products that can only be exchanged for exact replacement: Electronic equipment or products – This is due to safety issuesHazardous materials (Oil, chemicals, etc.)Gift CertificatesMedia of any type (printed books and manuals, microfiche/microfilm, videotapes
