What products are the companies reporting on?
A. The QoS Direction published by Ofcom instructs each qualifying Communications Service Provider to report on fixed line telephony connections. Therefore all other products at this stage are excluded. Exclusions include cable television services and data services, such as broadband. Additional products may be included in future, providing there is a need from consumers/end users.
