Actually, there are a few that you should be able to get at most any health food stores in the U.K. Probiotics are the best to defend against yeast and help promote regularity. Caprylic Acid (found in good concentrations in Coconut Oil) helps kill off the yeast cells and works really well with Probiotics… it should be easy enough to find either Caprylic Acid or Coconut Oil. Grapefruit Seed extract can help cleanse out the system (including the yeast), so that can help get the excess yeast cells (both living and dead) out of the system.
