You must file a Notice of Application for Admission. A precedent for the Notice is attached to PD 10.1.3. The Notice is in the form of a statutory declaration. Practice Direction No 5 of 2008 outlines who has authority to take or receive such a declaration. The Notice must also give a postal address for service within Australia. A copy of the Notice filed must be provided forthwith to the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia.
