Since April 2007, Powertech has been gathering environmental data and conducting baseline studies for groundwater and surface water hydrology, air, geology, traffic, soil studies, geography, socioeconomic impacts, and other data to support its permit applications to federal, state and local regulatory agencies in the latter part of 2008.
