(D5) This item asked about the flexibility that existed in the gathering of performance evidence — whether the state specified the required types of performance evidence, such as standardized tasks/test items/rating scales, the state provided guidance and instructions, or the teacher/ IEP team made these decisions. The following response choices emerged during coding and multiple responses were possible.
