What procedure does Spring Airlines follow in the event of cancellation or delay?
If, by the fault of Spring Airlines, a flight is delayed for more than 4 hours until past 22:00 with the flight then being cancelled, Spring Airlines will provide standard hotel accommodation to the passenger at no extra cost. B) In any other situation that leads to overnight cancellation, passengers are required to cover the cost of accommodation themselves. Spring Airlines will offer all possible assistance in finding accommodation. C) If a flight is canceled or delayed for more than 3 hours by the fault of Spring Airlines, passengers are entitled to be transferred to the next Spring Airlines without additional cost or be refunded within 30 days. This is not applicable to those on group tours. Passengers requesting refunds at the point of departure shall receive 100% of the total ticket cost. Refunds requested at another point in the itinerary will be calculated according to the remaining itinerary.
