What procedure do I need to follow in making a request for flexible working?
In the first instance you should review your employer’s policies, which should confirm the procedure for a flexible working request. If that is not available and/or not clear, you should consult with your line manager and/or human resources department, who should confirm the procedure. You will need to submit a written application if you would like your request to be formally considered.
