What problems exist in the NHS other than lack of funding?

No time to go into depth but other problems are: Ageing buildings and supporting infrastructures, staffing levels affecting standards of service, a demoralised work force from continuous restructuring, redundancies and pay freezes, lack of investment in appropriate medical devices and equipment, diminishing opportunities from a diminishing service and too much monitoring and reporting to numerous in-house and outside agencies preventing staff from having the time to culture and excell in their own disciplines.
