What problems do students and teachers face today with respect to technology use and ethics in education?
I think that a major problem that students and teachers encounter involving ethics and education is cheating. Students can get into computer systems and share files that contain projects and answers to tests. I know that many kids in my high school used to copy each others work and share files all the time. Also getting answers off the internet and not giving credit, plagiarism, is also a problem. Technology today is helpful, but it has also made ethics in schools a lot harder. • How can students parents and educators overcome the ethical problems in education? What might some solutions be? I think the only was to overcome these ethical problems in education is for students, teachers and parents to all work together. It will be impossible to completely get rid of this problem, but I think if everyone works together we could at least lessen it. I think the only way to do this is just to teach right from wrong, starting from the parents/home, and then re-enforcing this idea at school. I
