What Prizes Are Offered In the Contest?
A total of five (5) cash prizes will be awarded in the Contest: One (1) First Prize – $5,000.00 One (1) Second Prize – $3,000.00 One (1) Third Prize – $1,000.00 One (1) Fourth Prize – $500.00 One (1) Fifth Prize – $500.00 All taxes on prizes and all expenses related to the acceptance and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes will be awarded in the form of checks. Prizes are nonassignable. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Winners will be notified by, on or about December 30, 2007. As a condition of receiving a prize, winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, copyright license agreement and liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be signed and returned to Sponsor within ten (10) days of Sponsor’s postmark.
