DCI’s simple per-hour engagement model demands no complicated contracts, minimum fees or hidden charges. Many service organizations require minimum billing or other additional fees that increase support costs. For off-site service from DCI, you pay only for the actual hours devoted to working on your support issue. For scheduled on-site maintenance service requested more than 24 hours in advance, you pay only for the time when our expert is actually on-site solving your network. No extra on location surcharges or travel expenses. Just our competitive per-hour billing rate.
