What preparations do I need to make in a NetWare environment before installing Pervasive PSQL?
Pervasive PSQL requires several system NLMs in order to run correctly. Without these, you may receive “Undefined Public Symbol” or other errors when Pervasive PSQL attempts to load on the server. Make sure you have the following: • LOAD SPXS.NLM for “Failed to Start Listener Service” • LOAD TLI.NLM for “Loader Cannot Find Public Symbol” • LOAD TCPIP.NLM for “Undefined Public Symbol Gethostid” Notice: Add the load line to your AUTOEXEC.NCF system file and restart the server. For more information see “Installing and Configuration for NetWare Server”.
