Methods: With CGEA-collaborative grant support, we constructed a multi-institutional database (de-identified for analysis) of individualized records for our schools’ 1997 – 2002 graduates including AAMC- Graduation Questionnaire (GQ) responses, USMLE Step l and 2CK scores and BC as of December, 2007.
