What precautions do I need to take during activation of Biodyne C membrane?
Most of the activating reagents must be dissolved in volatile organic solvents, or are noxious themselves. Activation should be performed entirely beneath a fume hood with appropriate hand and face protection. After activation is complete and the membranes are dry, they must be used immediately or packaged in a desiccated environment (dry nitrogen plus a desiccant sachet is recommended).
