What PPOs are available to Trust participants?
The ASEA Health Trust has several PPO networks: Alaska Regional Hospital, Ascension Physical Therapy, Alaska Hand Rehabilitation and Chugach Physical Therapy Contracts in Anchorage: If you use inpatient or outpatient hospital services within the Municipality of Anchorage/Mat-Su Borough, the amount the Plan will pay will depend on where you receive care. Alaska Regional Hospital is the preferred provider for inpatient or outpatient hospital services and Chugach Physical Therapy, Ascension Physical Therapy and Alaska Hand Rehabilitation are the preferred providers for physical therapy services. Therefore, if you use a nonpreferred facility in Anchorage, you will pay more out-of-pocket. Beech Street Preferred Provider Network: ASEA Health Trust participants are also able to access the Beech Street network of preferred provider facilities.
