What port should be opened in the firewall to enable SupportView connections?
SupportView routes all its traffic through the PowerTerm WebConnect connection (port 4000 by default). No additional connections are required. This allows SupportView to work without changing firewall or router policies, and to support dynamic IPs. It also means that if SSL is used for PowerTerm WebConnect (by default it is) then SupportView traffic is encrypted as well.
