What policies and procedures are required with the submission of an agencys proposal?
Agencies must submit one complete copy of their agencies’ personnel policies and procedures and fiscal and administrative policies and procedures (if available) with the original proposal. It is not necessary to attach a copy of the agencies’ policy and procedures with all eight copies of the proposal. However, AFC must have one complete copy, despite the length, on file with the original proposal.
