• MFC pledged as part of the Grant Application and Due Diligence process that the 3RB is open access and non-discriminatory. MFC will lease dark fiber under the same terms and conditions to anyone that wants dark fiber. • MFC will make our pricing available on our website for anyone to see. • The Federal Government will have a security interest in the 3RB and according to the terms of the Grant, the NTIA maintains the right to take over the project if MFC does not live up to the terms of the Grant and our pledges to the Federal Government.
